Thanks for "Having A Roaring Time With The Ridge" at This Year's Peppermint Possibilities Dinner and Auction!

Guests took a trip to the 1920's and had a roaring good time at this year's Peppermint Possibilities fundraiser, dinner and auction. There were over 230 guests who took part in the night's festivities. Longtime supporter Matt Stopher of KPD Insurance and Risk Solutions, was honored for his integrity and business acumen, as well as his willingness to serve the Ridgers. The first ever Ridger of the Year award was presented to John Reisenauer for always lighting up the room. He can instantly bring a smile and even a tear when he does what he loves most, singing "Amazing Grace." There is not enough to be said about his kind nature, cool dance moves, infectious laugh and smile, graceful singing voice, charm and friendly personality. John R., led the Rejoicers in a performance of "Amazing Grace" before dinner. After dinner, Ridgers got the crowd on their feet for two fun and interactive dance performances.

We are so thankful for all of the support we received for this event. Through sponsorships, the auction, and donations, $80,000 was raised to support the men and women of Peppermint Ridge!

It is with heavy heart that we share the passing of our founder, Mary Jeffery.

We were informed by her daughter Judy, that she went peacefully on Wednesday, January 29th, 2020.

Mary had moved recently from Corona to be closer to her daughter Jane, in St. Charles, Missouri.

Her legacy and vision will continue through the Ridge.

In lieu of flowers, and to honor Mary, the family asks that anyone who wishes to celebrate her life may make a donation to Peppermint Ridge at peppermintridge.org
